IT Coordinator

Organizational Context:

The IT Coordinator will support the operation of IT at TTG and will also be responsible for helping configuring services between between TTG and our clients and other partners.

IT Coordinator responsibilities include:

  • Provide first line support to TTG members, onsite partners, and onsite clients
  • Manage administrative processes linked to IT service delivery, including account management, password resets, etc.
  • Providing technical support or training for systems and networks
  • Assist the Senior IT Coordinator

Role:

We are looking for a skilled IT coordinator who will help maintain TTG information technology systems and networks. You will perform both technical and administrative tasks to ensure functionality and efficiency of computer and telecom systems.

IT Coordinator Job Duties:

An IT coordinator must be knowledgeable in software, hardware and networks. Since end user support and teamwork are important aspects of the role, excellent communication and people skills are required.

Tasks:

  • Coordinate interface between partners and TTG
  • Assist Senior IT coordinator in selecting the most suitable IT choices (systems, software etc)
  • Provide technical support or training for systems and networks
  • Install and configure software and hardware (printers, network cards etc.)
  • Monitor system and network performance
  • Perform troubleshooting, repairs and data restoration
  • Performance maintenance activities (e.g. backups)
  • Maintain licenses and upgrade schedules

Requirements

  • Proven experience as IT coordinator or similar role
  • Experience in network management and help desk support is preferred
  • Solid knowledge of IT systems and applications
  • Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and coordination abilities

Client Liaison Manager

Organizational Context:

The Client Liaison Manger will manage relationships between TTG and all partners including clients, academic partners and all other external relationships.

Client Liaison Manager responsibilities include:

  • Communication (written and verbal) with clients and partners
  • Coordinate requirements, feedback and services between TTG and Clients/Partners

Role:

We are looking for a skilled and personable Client Liaison Manager who will help build and maintain relationships with clients and partners (academic and industry).

Client Liaison Manger Job Duties:

The Client Liaisons will support TTG in matters related to clients. They will manage all contacts, proactively monitor customer commitments and appointments, and make a schedule for the monthly client meetings. It is their job to monitor client satisfaction by following-up to solve client problems and issues.

Tasks:

  • Prepare and distribute work and reporting to meet monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting requirements
  • Provide required information and documents to clients
  • Prepare summaries of client meetings for future reference
  • Plan and schedule monthly meetings with clients
  • Submit client meeting reports to managers or supervisors
  • Provide support and assistance to members of the management team
  • Audit all client liaison remote accounts
  • Revise submission and accounts closure applications
  • Develop liaison with client services and collection department to provide required information and acquire necessary documents
  • Provide feedback to management on areas of improvements
  • Recommend implementation of enhanced processes
  • Monitor client satisfaction
  • Initiate measures to research and resolve client raised issues

Development Advisor

Organizational Context:

The Development Advisor will provide advice on the integration of environmental, cultural, technological, and industry considerations into TTG developmental planning.

Client Liaison Manager responsibilities include:

  • Advise TTG team on reginal considerations for planning purposes
  • Communicate Industry standards specific to technological considerations to TTG team members
  • Coordinate requirements between partners and TTG

Role:

We are looking for a knowledgeable Development Advisor who will help inform TTG of industry standards to include considerations enumerated above. 

Client Liaison Manger Job Duties:

The Development Advisor will provide guidance on the environmental, cultural, and economic policies that inform regional business practices and planning. The Development Advisor will provide balanced guidance at the intersection of policy and practice, helping bridge regulatory and commercial policies with industry and academic standards IOT assist in TTG business planning.

Tasks:

  • Conduct research and analysis to lend policy, technical assistance, and evaluation of projects in energy and climate sectors that may aid in the development of TTG
  • Build strong relationships and work closely with culture/regional experts, HR, business and technology experts to gather feedback and suggest TTG development improvements
  • Provide regular reporting on TTG  progress and status and communicate updates to key stakeholders/partners
  • Provide operational support for grant management programmes (to include Academic and other partners)
  • Support business development activities
  • Recommend sustainability programmes in industry and commerce applicable to TTG development
  • Advise on cultural and regional issues and implications pertinent to TTG

Communications Director

Organizational Context:

The Communications director will be responsible for media and external communication.

Communications Director responsibilities include:

  • Advise TTG team on media and communication considerations
  • Devise and implement TTG communications strategy
  • Report items of interest in the media to the TTG team

Role:

We are looking for a motivated Communications Director to take the lead in communicating the TTG brand and services - incorporating PR, marketing as well as digital and social media, delivering outstanding media coverage, and communication when required.

Tasks:

  • Develop a communications strategy: planning, developing and implementing communications strategy aligned with TTG brand and values, working closely with the TTG executive team
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, media and industry specialists
  • Create marketing and communication tools
  • Actively participate in PR strategy with the TTG team
  • Develop, manage, and oversee all marketing events
  • Create internal communication program, as well as daily and monthly reports

Customer Service Representative

Organizational Context:

The Customer Service representatives’ responsibilities include resolving customer questions, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities of our business. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust while responding in a timely manner.

Customer Service Representative responsibilities include:

  • Develop and deliver a client facing communication strategy that allows effective communication to clients and partners, while being efficient and effective.

Customer Service Representative Duties:

The Customer service representative duties will include answering calls, directing support requests, and responding to questions online and in person.  Confident customer support representatives are the front line between TTG and their customers and partners. This involves setting up a client service strategy and managing issues as they arise.

Tasks:

  • Respond to customer questions in a timely and accurate way, via electronic media
  • Answer a variety of customer queries via other channels, including in person interaction
  • Assist with the development and promotion of a TTG client engagement strategy, including the use of TTG capabilities and services
  • Facilitate making connections between TTG teams and client/partners
  • Create tutorial videos and knowledgebase articles in order to assist customers in resolving issues independently
  • Gather feedback from customers and make suggestions as to how we can improve TTG services and increase efficiency

The Senior IT Coordinator will run TTG technical requirements and will also be responsible for setting up the interface between clients and other partners.

IT Coordinator responsibilities include:

  • Providing first line technical support to TTG members and project
  • Provide and manage escalation mechanisms for second (contracted) support
  • Instituting protocols for the use of IT across TTG and externally for all projects
  • Manage a TTG IT requirements registry
  • Providing advice on IT solution to stated requirements
