TCIC

The TCIC is a fully functioning 5G laboratory that has been designed to simulate a production network. Our goal is to use this lab as a foundation to support the various services that our clients and partners will develop on topof it. Solutions will be vendor agnostic, transparent to the details of the mobility system, and ready to be brought into production as the Caribbean island network transitions from 4G LTE to 5G.

The TOBOK CYBER INNOVATION CENTRE

The Tobok Cyber Innovation Centre (TCIC) is an advanced computing and technology environment that can be leveraged by commercial, government, and academic clients to develop, test, and validate how new technologies can be employed to meet future business requirements.

The adoption of new technologies often gives companies a disruptive market advantage if they have the vision to find more effective ways of doing business. The TCIC gives our clients the opportunity to stay ahead of the curve.

As a technology consulting company, TTG benefits from the TCIC by allowing our teams to offer value-added services. We identify new technologies, adapt them to our clients' needs, and validate the implementation of solutions before full and costly implementations occur.

Commercial clientscan leverage the TCIC to trial solution changes to their environment, including new system architectures, mobile technologies, security solutions, and specific business solutions. Working with TTG, commercial clients can reduce technical risk while transitioning to more effective solutions for their needs.

Government clients can leverage the TCIC to explore how new technologies can benefit specific industries and government operations, and whether investment in these technologies will yield a sufficient return.

For academic institutions in the Caribbean, TTG is proud to offer a series of research grants to promote the adoption of new and advanced technologies in the region.

We believe that by bringing research infrastructure and researchers/students together, we can bridge the gap between research and technology commercialization activities. The TCIC aims to create an environment where students have access to specialized equipment that may be beyond their reach and where researchers/students are exposed to the culture of business.

Starting in 2022, TTG will open the TCIC to companies and entrepreneurs from the region to test, develop, and validate their 5G-based solutions within a live 5G environment. This "Lab-as-a-Service" will allow solution developers to rent time in a full featured environment to experiment with and prove the viability of their solutions with the help of TTG's team of experts or on their own. Clients will be able to develop 5G solutions before 5G becomes available in their region, saving on resource and infrastructure investment.
